Preschool Weekly Wrap Up- Letter B
Jan
Last fall we concentrated on the letter B one week during preschool. Since it was fall we studied all about bats.
We did a fun bat painting. I put some bat shapes on a piece of paper and then Hunter stamped white paint all over.
Harper made one too. And also ate some of the paint, of course.
The completed bats- they were fun and easy, and turned out cute.
Hailey wanted to make one too, but she did hers a little differently. She mixed some paint to create a sunset.
Then she glued some black bats onto the sunset.
I teach pre-k art at our homeschool co-op and we made this really fun bat.
Hunter glued beads onto the letter B. It took a lot of glue to make them stick!
Another fun week of preschool!
Preschool Weekly Wrap Up- Letter O
Dec
Back in October our letter of the week was O. We did lots of fun letter O activities and learned all about owls.
Hunter loves playing with these stacking rings. And they look like the letter O.
Hunter stamped orange letter Os all over the letter O.
Hunter also did several printables for the letter O, but apparently I didn’t take any pictures of that.
We made several art projects. This was a fun torn paper owl.
A paper plate owl.
I did this owl with the pre-k class at our homeschool co-op and this is the one Hunter made. They all turned out super cute!
We had fun learning all about owls and letter O.
Preschool Weekly Wrap Up- Letter L
Dec
I am unbelievably behind in my posting! Do I start every post by saying that? Well, we did the letter L back in September and I am finally getting around to posting it, so that should give an idea of how far behind I am.
Since it was September when we did the letter L,
I had Hunter glue leaves onto the letter L.
Hunter put magnetic pom poms onto this letter L printable.
He practiced his cutting.
He sorted leaves and apples.
Hunter does one of these pages for every letter we do and he loves doing these!
Some shadow matching with leaves.
(All letter L printables are from Confessions of a Homeschooler and Homeschool Creations)
Hunter did a little work in one of his workbooks.
He loves building with these Wedgits.
Harper likes to be a part of school, and was busying working on coloring.
I’m hoping to get caught up on all my posts during our Christmas break- let’s see how that goes!
Preschool Wrap Up

We read Hansel and Gretel for our book of the week. I could not come up with a lot of activities to go along with it but here are the few things we did.
Hunter made his own little house out of candy- we put Graham Crackers on card stock, using frosting, in the shape of a house. Then we used frosting to put some yummy candy on the house.
Hunter colored some pictures from the story of Hansel and Gretel and then acted out the story, with popsicle stick puppets.
Other stuff we did:
Harper enjoyed coloring and thinking she was doing school too.
Hunter working on connecting all of the blue shapes without touching any other color.
This little cutie loves to color
Hunter busy working on his Mighty Minds manipulative.
