Preschool Weekly Wrap Up- Letter G
Mar
At the beginning of December we did a fun gingerbread unit and Hunter learned about the letter G.
We have lots of different books about the Gingerbread Man, the Gingerbread Baby, the Gingerbread Girl, and more. So, each day we read a different gingerbread book.
Hunter glued glitter on to the letter G. Glitter is always so much fun 🙂 But working with it on a tray is definitely helpful.
On this printable from Royal Baloo, Hunter rolled a die and then stamped the number that he rolled. He insisted that we do the numbers in order. He likes to do things in an orderly fashion haha
Of course when Harper saw the do-a-dot markers out she had to participate.
Hailey and Hunter decorated gingerbread men. Thankfully ours didn’t run away.

We decorated gingerbread houses.

Gingerbread units are always so much fun!
Preschool Weekly Wrap Up- Letter H
Feb
Our focus letter this week was the letter H. Since it was just before Thanksgiving we learned all about harvest time.
Hunter did a cutting and sorting paper from Homeschool Creations.
Harper joins us every time she sees an art project being done. We stamped Legos into paint and used them to create a fun looking design.
Hunter working on his art project- making Indian Corn.
The completed Indian Corn.
Another activity we did was to cut open a gourd to see what was inside. Then we used them as stamps.
Since it was Thanksgiving time we made this cute craft of the Mayflower.
We actually also did several letter H activities, but apparently I never took any pictures of them. Oops!
Preschool Weekly Wrap Up- Letter T
Feb
We always start off each week doing one of these letter dot pages for our focus letter of the week. Hunter loves doing these and it is always the first activity we do after I introduce the letter.
Since it happened to be Thanksgiving time when he studied the letter T, we played a memory/matching game with turkeys and other Thanksgiving related pictures.
Hunter colored the turkeys different colors based on the color words.
He cut out numbers and glued them on to the picture with that number of items.
(Thanksgiving printables are from Over the Big Moon and Confessions of a Homeschooler.)
Hunter stamped turquoise triangles onto the letter T.
Table toys are one of his favorite activities!
Harper likes to do whatever Hunter is doing.
Hunter made this cute turkey craft.
He loved this turkey with feathers that spelled his name.
Another fun week of preschool at Our Crafts N Things!
Preschool Weekly Wrap Up- Letter P
Feb
Back in October Hunter learned all about the letter P and pumpkins. Since it’s almost Valentine’s Day I thought it was the perfect time to finally get it posted haha
He painted a plate and then added some shapes to make a pumpkin face. Apparently his pumpkin in sad.
This little cutie loves to be a part of our homeschool day 🙂 She likes to sit on the table to make sure she is the center of attention.
We worked on a pumpkin life cycle activity.
Hunter’s finished pumpkin life cycle.
We sang a fun song about 5 little pumpkins sitting on the fence.
As we sang the song Hunter took the pumpkins off and counted to see how many were left.
Hunter glued pennies onto the letter P.
I had some pumpkin number cards and I called the numbers while Hunter jumped off the couch onto the number I called.
Another pumpkin activity
Adding some pieces to show what is inside the pumpkin.
Hunter’s finished pumpkin to show the different parts of the pumpkin.
(Printables from Pumpkin Patch Palooza)
It was another fun week of preschool!
