There’s a Wocket in My Pocket
Filed in Dr. Seuss, Toddler and Preschool Activities
On our last day of celebrating Dr. Seuss’s birthday we read There’s a Wocket in My Pocket. After we read the story we talked about rhyming. Hailey had to make up a word that rhymed with Wocket and then we would create whatever character she made up. She decided to go with a Locket.
Hailey picked out all the colors to make her Locket character and cut out all of the body parts.
She glued everything together.
We made a pocket which Hailey cut out.
Here is the finished Locket.
The Locket in the Pocket.
Hailey did a great job =)
