I had planned to be well under way with my Christmas shopping by now.  And I do have a few gifts for a few people.  But, for the most part I haven’t even made a list of what to get for who.  I am not nearly as organized as I used to be.  I did make my spreadsheet the other day though, so that’s done.  I put ideas on it, then mark down what I actually buy.  I put the price I paid and have the pages set to tally up how much I spend on each person and all together.  Now I just need to get some ideas and to start shopping.

I had actually planned to get started on my shopping today but Hailey has been really sick all week.  And she is still pretty sick.  So I guess it’s going to have to wait until sometime next week when she is feeling better.

Speaking of shopping- have you seen some of the great deals going on at Kmart?  I remember when I was younger we used to joke about the Bluelight specials at Kmart.  Now that I am older I am all about getting the best deals possible- so Bluelight specials sound great to me!  There are all sorts of electronic systems for your home at great prices with name brands like Samsung, Sony and Panasonic.  If you don’t have the money now to make your purchase but you want to get in on the good deals you can use Kmart Layaway.  It makes a lot more sense to do it that way than to have a bunch of interest accumulate on your credit card.
